About the job:
This is a consulting assignment with opportunities for recruitment. In this role, you initially get a job with Bravura, and with possibilities where Polarium intends to offer you a job with them in the long run. This gives both you and Polarium a good opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how you feel about your collaboration.

Tasks and responsibilities:
As an Customer Service Support at Polarium you will be joining their Customer Service team. Your primary focus will be to plan, organize, direct, and manage global customer orders and transfers of finished goods between our production units and distribution centers. You play an important role and act as a link towards Sales, turning customer demand and purchases into order and deliveries.
Example of the operational aspects of this role are material availability assessment, delivery monitoring, KPI’s, master data management, document handling as well as communication with internal and external stake holders. As a Customer Service Support you will plan for and coordinate product delivery activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers and distribution centers. Your work also includes cost reduction, you will proactively search for and evaluate areas of opportunity to reduce costs.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Working experience within a sales or logistics organization
• Experience in working with global customers or a global supply chain
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Advanced MS Office skills
Merit:
• Relevant business/commercial or supply chain degree
• Working experience in the manufacturing industry
