Business Area Networks: where 5G was born! We’re a global team of approx. 30,000 in 93 countries, with 126 nationalities represented. About half of us work in R&D, approx. 6,000 in Group Supply and 5,000 in Service Area Networks. Together we build future-proof, scalable network architectures in an industry that is constantly on the move. Our approach is simple: we build solutions that empower our customers to meet tomorrow’s demands. 5G is happening now, with the first commercial launches implemented today.
The Delivery and Order Management job role execute and handle orders and delivery contractual requirements for all products and services included in contract (internal and external e.g. frame agreements, project or service contracts, business demands) according to agreements, instructions and Ericsson’s company policies.

You will
Secure Contract fulfillment
Perform Order fulfillment activities
Perform Return Fulfillment for Claims, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), Buy back & Field Change Order (FCO)
Perform Operational Distribution


To be successful in the role you must have
Core Competences:
Supply Chain & Supply Process knowledge
Service Delivery Process, Models & Strategy
Hardware Services knowledge
English Skills
Trade Compliance Knowledge


Behavioral Competences:
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
Working with people
Analyzing
Writing and reporting
Comply instructions and procedures


Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Secondary school or equivalent qualification
Complexed practical qualification in logistics area is required.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
First academic degree or the equivalent level of knowledge in whatever was acquired.
Approximately 2 – 5 years proven experience is required.
Outstanding functional specialist knowledge in logistics is a must.
