We are now looking for an Order Coordinator, to join our coordination team in Gothenburg, Sweden. Togheter with the team you will contribute to the company profitability by assuring an effective handling of orders.
This is a permanent position.

What you will be doing
Together with the coordination team, you will be responsible for coordinating, plan and process orders for the Voyage Business.

As a Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for gathering order information, planning and sending orders to customers in a timely manner, as well as reviewing and processing orders from the sales department.
Your work will also focus on these responsibilities:
Process and confirm sales orders with delivery dates to the Sales team.
Assure inquiries for availability of equipment is supported with speed, quality and reliability
Control the Sales order shipment schedule
Schedule and plan orders for production
Support the Customer support team´s requests for warranty exchange of equipment
Handle bookings for transportations
Request quotes from forwarders


To be successful in this role we expect you to be:
Student or Junior professional
Fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and written
Good computer skills
We put great emphasis on you being well structured and thorough in your way of working.
You enjoy communication and collaboration with others and since you will be working with different projects in parallel, we also expect you to be flexible and open minded to changes in your day-to-day business.
