WHO ARE WE?
We were founded in 2003, originating in the tech-hub city of Shenzhen, China. Our business activities have been based on innovation since the outset. For example, we were one of the first companies in the world to commercialize separator film through a dry process, using technology developed in-house. We have constructed some of the world’s largest separator manufacturing plants and hold more than 340 patents. Easy to say, innovation is in our DNA!
As of April 2021, we have our European headquarter in Eskilstuna, Sweden, where we are building one of Europe’s most modern production plants that will be a major contributor in electrifying transportation.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are expanding our European customer base and the ongoing projects and order handling will become increasingly complex. We are therefore looking for an Order Delivery Manager to join our local Sales Team where you will be end-to-end responsible for Senior Europe’s order management being the main interface between operations, planning, supply chain and logistics - and this is where you come in!
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Order Delivery Manager is a newly established position in a fairly new industry where you will get plenty of opportunities to impact our processes as well as developing and shaping your own role.
Manage and oversee end-to-end delivery of products for all Senior Europe’s businesses, from initiation through the entire life cycle (including all contract stages from pre-sales to implementation and execution).
Ensuring efficient tracking and successful deliveries for each customer demand.
Work closely and support KAM’s/BDMs with sales support activities though all customer phases to ensure efficient operations towards Senior’s European customer base.
Be the main interface from Sales to Senior’s Operations, with close collaboration with the production planning, supply-chain and logistics responsible.
Drive process and system improvements and developments based on outcome of business needs.

QUALIFICATION’S EXPERIENCE
The most important thing for us is to find the right person. We want you to feel inspired and motivated by us, and we by you. We know that our key to success is collaboration and teamwork but also experience.
B.Sc. in Engineering, Finance or Business, or a proven track-record within the field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience within sales support, order management, supply-chain, or logistics. Hands-on experience of managing complex customer bases with international trade.
Excellent knowledge in Excel with a good understanding for presenting key-figures and updating stakeholders. Experience in other order management tools is desired.
Fluent in English in speech and writing. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred but not required.
Team player who embraces responsibility and has an excellent eye for details.
Good people skills and able to work with people at all levels in the organization to achieve the goals of the department.
Proactive, fast learner and motivated with a positive and mature approach.
Self-driven with ability to prioritize tasks based on set objectives.
