We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Manager – who understands Supply Chain Order processes, people management and how to deliver excellent customer service. Take the opportunity to play a key role in our outbound supply daily operations and bring Supply Chain into the next level regarding service and cooperation between our core business areas, regionally and globally, creating a fantastic customer experience. This is a temporary role for about 14 months.

Your mission
As Order Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for daily operations and people management in our Order Fulfillment team located in Örebro. This includes a team handling daily outbound supply management activities at our Global Distribution Center in Örebro, with the mission to achieve successful and timely delivery of customer orders.
Your responsibilities include:
* Outbound supply management for RDC/GDC Örebro and for the EMENA region
* Customer Service performance
* People Management
* KPI monitoring
* Ensure effectiveness of operational processes impacting the team performance
* Continuous operational process improvement
* Support regional supply chain projects (functional and cross functional projects)
In this position, focus is to secure an efficient and customer-oriented order, shipping, and export administration, to serve our customers worldwide. Focus will also be on actively working with continuous improvement together with your team members, and we expect you to be motivated by identifying problem areas in related operational processes impacting the team performance, as well as finding and implementing resourceful solutions where needed and monitoring the outcomes.
You will be part of the Regional Order Fulfillment and Inbound Replenishment Management team in EMENA where we together strive for operational excellence through our process-oriented focus and sharing of best practices within our region. We believe there is always a better way!
This position reports to the Regional Order Fulfillment and Inbound Replenishment Manager EMENA.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.

Your profile
You have a related University degree, such as Business, Supply Chain Management or Logistics (or the equivalent through work experience). You have at least 5 years’ experience in relevant roles within Supply Chain, with the ability to look for improvements in your area of operation, as well as on the whole supply chain concept. Previous leader experience is an advantage. Previous supply chain operations management experience is an advantage.
We expect you to be customer and process focused, stimulated by working in an organization with a high tempo and ambition. To thrive in this role, you do not mind hands-on tasks. You have the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. You possess strong skills in communication, KPI analysis and ERP systems. You are aware of customs and trade compliance regulations impacting our shipments. You are fluent in English, both verbal and written, additional languages are a plus. You believe there is always a better way and will bring a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with all functions, for the good of Epiroc.
