Order Fulfillment Specialist in Uppsala

We are now looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist to our client in Uppsala. For this assignment you will be employed by Poolia as one of our consultants. The assignment is full time and expected to start in the beginning of June and continue until the end of June 2025. After this there is an opportunity for the assignment to be extended.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate transactions for the delivery of Radio Pharmacy equipment from multiple factories across Europe (including Uppsala) to global regions
• Operate within the OTR (Order Through Remittance) organization, collaborating with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Regional teams
• Ensure timely production and shipment of equipment by aligning with Supply Chain procedures
• Collaborate with regional teams to address any potential discrepancies in orders
• Liaise with the Logistics team to optimize transportation from factories to end customers
• Maintain communication with Project Managers to align with customer-requested delivery dates
• Facilitate order management processes, including intake and input into internal systems
• Interface with customer portals and systems as required
• Potentially assist with forecasting, billing, and collection activities

Your profile
We are looking for you who have previous experience working with similar tasks as described above, preferably with knowledge in international logistics. You have demonstrated operational rigor, with the ability to follow processes and comply with measures. Furthermore, you have the capacity to learn efficiently and operate effectively within ERP software systems, preferably ORACLE, and have good proficiency in Excel. You can communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

As a person, you have excellent communication skills and possess a proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
