During the first half of 2022 we have worked hard in strengthening the collaboration and value flow between the operational parts of the whole operations organization. To further strengthen the value flow ownership and get shorter decision paths we will combine Customer Operations and Production Planning to create an even better cooperation, flow, and customer support. The new function will report to Director of Operations and Manufacturing and be a key part in our process development and upgrade of our ERP system. This new department is key to improve our processes and support our customers in an even better way.
Your primary responsibility and tasks will include
Manager for the Customer Operations team
Synchronize demand and production planning
Clearance to Sell process
Control of Distribution process
Clearance to Repair process
Field action and Sales communication
Revenue Review and Sales forecast process
Price Management

Qualifications
3 years Leadership experience
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, decisions, and activities also in the absence of formal authority
Strong skills in cross functional collaboration
Good understanding of Value flow and ability to take a helicopter view
Quality Management System standards and regulations i.e., ISO 13485 and US QSR
Fluent in Swedish and English
