We are looking for an Order Handler to support our Global core components (GCC) within our delivery department in Lund, Sweden.
About the job
In this role you have an important role and responsibility in our more complex orders. You handle everything from quotation to assembly, supporting the project managers in the various tasks as a team. Our products have a great range of applications where our goal is to deliver the right product with the right quality at the right time at the right cost.
You attend Kickoff Meetings for new projects, meet with the Project Managers and representatives for our Quality Department, review contract order specifications for material demands to create the order in our ERP. You are in daily contact with many internal stakeholders at all levels or our organization, our suppliers, warehouses, customers/sales companies, project managers, quality assurance, bid engineers, business units and our Research & Development organization. Working with continuous improvement is something that is part of our service.
Who you are
You enjoy attention to details, taking an active part of our projects, collaborating with others to deliver complex orders together. You are self-motivated, have the ability to prioritize and focus in a fast paced environment, and enjoy working towards deadlines. We believe you are positive, enjoy learning, and are responsive and want to give our customers the best possible customer service.
What you know
Work experience in project management (project orders)
Creating quality control documentation
Active involvement in problem solutions, captures lessons learned
ERP Systems such as Jeeves or Microsoft Dynamics
Bachelor’s degree within engineering or at least 2 years of experience from project management.
Lean, Six Sigma project methodology is advantageous
Fluent Swedish and Intermediate English language proficiency
Nuclear process knowledge, nuclear code knowledge (ASME III, RCC-M) would be beneficial, but not required
