Order Handler - GCC Deliver

We are looking for a service-oriented standard order handler for a fixed-term employment to Global Core Components (GCC) within Operations, Lund.

To succeed in this role, you need to be self-motivated, have the ability to prioritize and focus in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working towards deadlines. We need you who are positive, easy to learn, responsive to the surroundings, have easy to collaborate and want to give our customers the best possible customer service.

About the job

You handle everything from booking to invoicing of spare parts orders where our goal is to deliver the right product with the right quality at the right time at the right cost.

You work with a large network of contacts both internally and externally, including suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, Logistic control tower (shipping and documentation). You are in daily contact with our customers/sales companies via email, phone and Skype.

Working with continuous improvement is something that is part of the service.

What you know

Merit for those who apply for the position is specific knowledge and experience of:
* Work experience in service professions
* Jeeves/Microsoft dynamics or other ERP-system
* Logistics and supply chain processes
* Lean, Six Sigma project methodology
* Microsoft Office
* English in speech and writing (very good knowledge); Swedish is meritable
