Toyota Material Handling International AB is looking for an Order & Logistics Coordinator to facilitate our international markets.

Toyota Material Handling International AB (TMHI) is a global company responsible for marketing, sales and support of warehouse trucks including Toyota, BT and Raymond brands on the international markets covering Asia, Latin America, Oceania, Middle East, and Africa. Our network consists of six Toyota companies and more than 70 independent distributors. The TMHI markets have potential for continued strong growth and we need to further develop our team to support our ambitions to strengthen our market position by recruiting an Order & Logistics Coordinator.

As the Order & Logistics Coordinator at Toyota Material Handling International AB, you will be responsible for managing incoming orders from our distributors; receive and register orders in the business system, execute the invoicing and ensure that statutory shipping documents are in place and in compliance with international export regulations. You also coordinate the communication between the factory and the distributors to ensure a smooth and efficient logistics process.

The Order & Logistics Coordinator core responsibilities are to make sure that order administration, shipping documents, logistics and payments are all handled with a high level of service and professionalism. This includes:

* Support supply unit and distributor by managing orders, confirming shipments and follow up on order statistics.
* Coordinate shipping documents with the supply unit and confirm with the distributor.
* Monitor and track supply unit numbers, freight cost, packaging, and volume of ordered trucks.
* Estimate shipment volume to provide advice to distributors.
* Cooperate and coordinate with the Finance department on incoming payments.
* Supply unit purchase order administration
* Support and coordinate communication between distributors and supply unit.

You are comfortable working with administrative and operational tasks and of having the opportunity to plan and prioritise your everyday life within the framework of your area of responsibility. Service-orientation and multitasking comes natural to you as you are used to work independently and cross functional as a good and reliable team player. While being flexible you have a structured approach to performing your tasks with a pro-active, result-oriented, and driven mindset.

You have a relevant post-secondary education in logistics/economics. We believe that you are a strong communicator who, through your excellent Swedish and English skills, get across to all kinds of people with humility, clarity, and ease whether verbally or in writing. Additional Chinese language skills (Mandarin) are an asset.

Three (3) years of professional work experience, or more, from an Order & Logistics role in a larger industrial organization in an international context is meritorious, as well as good computer and business system skills. You have an awareness of the challenges that comes with operating in an international arena, which means you know how to successfully navigate cultural differences between markets, stakeholders and working methods.

We are in a development phase and the Order & Logistics Coordinator role is a newly established position. This means you have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the role and be an integral part of the development of the function. Working with highly skilled colleagues, continuous improvements, and development of working methods throughout the whole order-to-delivery process, also means great opportunities to grow and develop personally and professionally.

The position is permanent with immediate appointment according to agreement.

You will report to the Sales Promotion Group Manager and be stationed in Mjölby, Sweden. Travelling is a natural part of our business.
