Order Management coordinator

As Order Management Coordinator you will be working in an international environment with responsibility for the full order cycle - from receiving orders from the sales department, partners and through our Webshop to all the way ensuring the order has successfully arrived at our customers.

Your days will be filled with
Placing, updating and monitoring orders in ERP system (Visma)
Replying to customer requests regarding placed orders, deliveries, lead times or missing items.
Monitoring incoming information in the CRM and ERP systems.
Work in close collaboration with sales and logistics to make sure that the process goes smoothly, and order information is up to date.
Controlling return orders, returned to our warehouse.
Managing incoming customer service calls
Invoicing, refunds and credit notes, working closely with the finance team.
Delivering software products, both licenses and creating accounts in Boardmaker
Maintaining and updating processes
Ensure that the full order management cycle is completed - from receiving orders from the sales department, resellers (partners) and through our webshop all the way to making sure the order has successfully arrived to our users (customers) and orders are processed according to our quality controls and timely in our CRM and ERP systems.
Collaborate with customers/partners/sales managers ensuring quality in order management.
Be involved and optimize the order management processes.

Qualifications & experience
2+ years’ experience working in ERP systems is mandatory for this role.
Experience with Visma in order management is meritorious.
Great verbal and written communication skills in Swedish & English. Skills in German, French and/or any other language is highly appreciated.
