Your role

Our team for order handeling and delivery planning are now looking for a new member. You will work with logistics and deliveries over the whole world. The work is to on a daily basis;
* Receive orders
* Handle order confirmations
* Planning deliveries
* Create invoices
* Handle overall administration



The work includes communicating (and act as a connector) internally with sale-, finance-, export- and development department as well as externally with our customers. You need to be flexible and be able to replace within the whole team. You will also participate in internal projects for work effeciency . Our MRP is IFS.



Your profile

We think you are a talent for coordination, highly driven and with a strong service mind. You need to have a skill to handle multiple tasks and in the same time be thorough. We are looking for you who do things with engagement and like learning new things.
Required skills:
* Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
* Fluent in Swedish
* Some years of adequate work experience with good references
Desired skills:
* Gymnasium degree or similar knowledge gained by experience
* Maritime domain knowledge and/ or a technical interest



We are looking for the perfect match for our great team, which means your Social skills has high priority.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.



What you will be a part of



You will be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team of about 40 people located at Saab's site in Hackefors, Linköping. The product portfolio consists of AIS and VDES radio transceivers and networks for land, ships, aircraft and satellites, as well as advanced navigation and presentation systems. The site includes all functions required by a small independant company within the company, from marketing and sales, to product development, production planning, customer support and logistics. Saab TransponderTech is market leading with customers world-wide, and we operate on a commercial market with relatively short sales cycles.
