For our costumer, we are now looking for an order manager to their pleasant office in Gothenburg, centrally situated yet right next to the ocean. If you are a person with great attention to details and a background in sales or customer service this may be the position for you!

Responsibilities
The role as order manager has a coordinating character. Although it is an administrative role it involves many contacts, both internally within the company and externally with the company's international customers. 

You will be the link between our two factories, our warehouse and our customers. As order manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the best delivery service to the company's customers, so that incoming customer orders are delivered in the right quantity, quality, at the right time and to the right place in accordance with existing agreements. 

You have weekly reconciliations with the factories and place purchase orders with the suppliers. Your duties also include contact with freight forwarders.
 

Working hours
This is a fulltime assignment.

Qualifications
This job suits you who thrive in a coordinating role that requires being able to deliver first-class service to the customers. You are structured, thorough and responsible. You care about meeting deadlines and delivering on time.

What you need to have:


Prior exprience within supply chain and the order management process
The ability to handle stressful situations

What you have to be:


Fluent in english, spoken as well as written
Well-structured with a great focus on detail
Service-minded and agile
