Order Management within System Components is looking for an Order Owner with responsibility for managing the order owner process towards our market companies as well as our production units in Greenwood, Shanghai and Jakarta.
This is a position for 15 months.
Your main tasks will be:
- Plan customer order from start to finish
- Purchase of needed components to make sure the order's fulfilment
- Responsible for obtaining the Gross margin for the estimated budget
- Inform our market companies as well as our costumers during the orders procedure about possibly changes, complementary information, delivery time, etc.
- To be part of the purchasing group within System Components
Kvalifikationer
We are looking for a candidate who has finished high school, preferably with some technical direction.Experience from working with subcontractors is meriting for the position but not a requirement.We see that you have good experience in SAP/R3 and good knowledge in English, both written and verbal.The position is varied and requires that you can handle several tasks simultaneously.
As a person you are flexible, positive, structured and possess power of initiative.You are service minded and have excellent communication skills.
