What we are looking for
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Order Processing Supervision to our plant in Örebro.
Responsibilities
• Animate a team of Order Processing specialists (functionally, not hierarchically)
• Daily animation of SIM rules and cycles event of the department & site
• Coordinate with warehouse for day to day and priorities
• Control and ensure C/R process
• Manage daily customer escalations and special sales projects in collaboration with suppliers and other department to minimize customer impact (approx. 50%)
• Manage reporting of performance proactive actions within team to reduce/ remove problems to become more proactive providing a better service to the customer.
• Actively promote customer centricity, empower and coach a customer focused team.
• Lead P2DC and DC2DC connections
• Is the owner of the SPS cards 8C 9B for the DC
• Ensure information flow: Lead times, delays, availability stock, blockage at SO / Material level, any other request in logistics - ensure and respect SLA (Supplier Logistic Agreement)
• Propose continuous improvements
• For Adaptation center:
+ Monitor local adaptation performance as a special care unit
