Order Processing Support

Academic Work is looking for a new ambitious consultant to work as Order Processing Support to our client in Lund. You will be employed by Academic Work, however working as a consultant at our client.

Qualifications: In order to be a candidate for this role you must be available from now and four months ahead. You have previous experience in handling orders and working with administrative tasks. Preferably your academic background is within economics. Additionally, you have a strong skill-set in Business English as this is the business language across the organization.

Tasks: As Order Processing Support, your focus will be on supporting the Revenue Accountant with various tasks. The job involves active participation, team work and collaboration to meet the business needs in an international, challenging and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities: Order processing for all entities supported by the Order Team in Lund. Invoicing of our four main revenue streams: license, maintenance, expert services and educational services.
