High Voltage Breakers is a business unit within Hitachi Energy located in Ludvika, Sweden. The unit has worldwide responsibility for the development, production, and sale of Hitachi Energy High Voltage Breakers for both AC and DC power systems. High Voltage Breakers are essential part of reliable and energy efficient power systems.
You will be part of the important function between production and our customers. In this role you will manage orders and various administration to provide the production with relevant material but also meet our customer’s needs.
Your responsibilities
Create and prior order and entry order data in our material planning system ERP.
Cancel, update and release operations and orders and ensure the right information in each order.
Purchase of packaging materials for our production.
Manage and file documents of control and test protocol.
Distribute packing lists and order paper.
Support internal and external customers with great service skills.
Your background
Experience in administration and handling orders with an eye for details.
Ability to prioritize your daily work in a fast-paced environment with a great service mind.
A reliable team player who is energized by a social role where you have daily contact with both internal and external customers.
Good skills in organize and structure your tasks even in stressful situations.
Confident in English and Swedish as we communicate in both languages on daily basis, written and oral.
High school education preferable in administration or other relevant area.
