High Voltage Products is a business unit within Hitachi Energy. The business unit develop, manufacture and market high voltage products for HVAC and HVDC systems, such as surge arresters, breakers, instrument transformers, capacitors, cooling systems and cable accessories.

 Your responsibilities  
You will be accountable for executing and delivering annual revenues of around 20MUSD
Control on the Unit’s NWC (Net Working Capital) by monitoring overdues, trade payables and utilization of inventory
Manage a group of 8 project managers and order handlers
Participate actively in continuous improvement projects and reflecting the Unit’s strategy into the group
Keep active communication and coordination with the other groups in the unit (sales, supply, quality, field service, etc.)

 Your background 
You have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager preferably within the High Voltage business and within the Service areas
Previous management experience will be beneficial
Experience in claim and contract management will be a plus
Formal certification as Project Manager will be beneficial
English spoken and written is crucial, any other language will be an advantage
Preferably a background with engineering education or business administration
