Order & Shipping Coordinator to Svar Life Science in Malmö

As an Order & Shipping Coordinator at Svar, you need to have an analytical mindset and be driven by keeping track of numbers and orders. Your focus will be to handle incoming orders, plan the shipments and act on all incoming customer requests.
Building a positive image of our organisation’s support from incoming customer order to delivery of goods is a natural part of the role.

This is what you will do:
Responsible for promptly respond to customer inquiries, handle, and resolve customer requests and provide excellent customer information & service
Responsible for order confirmation, invoicing and shipping processes
Maintain and update customer accounts in the ERP system
Coordinate with other departments such as Internal Sales, Planning, Purchase, Finance, QA and the Warehouse to be able to fulfill orders and customer requests
National and international shipping, including approvals, permits, declarations and other documentation related to shipping of life science products.


Your profile:
Previous experience by at least 2 years in Customer Support or another client-facing role
Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional and multi-geographical customers
Excellent communication skills
Confident IT user (Outlook, MS Office, ERP-system)
Ability to work structured and with a can-do attitude. A keen eye for details.
Committed to excellent customer service. Experience in identifying customer needs, clarifying their requests, and researching different solutions
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.



The position is full-time and based at Svar HQ in Malmö. You will be offered flexible and reduced working hours (7,83 hours per day).
