Do you thrive in dynamic, high-tech environment, where you play a key role satisfying customer needs?
Working closely with our international customers, we develop, manufacture and install efficient and technologically advanced medium and high-voltage cables as well as cable accessories, playing a significant role in the green transformation.
Supporting customers and internal sales team
As Order Specialist you are the first point of contact to our global customers, handling all incoming orders from order registration to successful delivery to the customer. Your daily work includes collaboration and communication not only with external clients, freight forwarders and chambers of commerce but also with multi-disciplinary functions internally.
Besides above your primary tasks will be:
* Supporting customers and our internal sales teams
* Correct documentation and handling of export shipments (handling of Letter of Credits)
* Handle interface tasks between customers and other functions in the company
* Various sales process related tasks such as for example handling of claims and following up overdues
* Take part in separate projects representing the Customer Commercial Service team if needed
* Check commercial & delivery terms
* Invoicing
You will be a part of a highly skilled and tight team on our site in Alingsås working closely together in an open and straight-forward climate.
Service minded team player
To be successful in this role you have an open mindset, are good at prioritizing and have the ability to quickly get an overview of tasks to be handled and make your own priorities in line with the company strategy. You take great accountability for your work tasks and are structured, meticulous and thorough. Another key is of course to have a great sense of service mind and customer focus as well as being a reliable team player. Proficient communication and collaboration skills are other important parts to fit in this role.
This role if for you who either has some years of experience in a similar role ore has an university degree in Business, logistics ore similar and want to build on your career. You have an understanding of the sales process cycle and are comfortable with commercial terms as well as with Incoterms.
Additionally, your CV comprises:
* Experience from ERP system, SAP experience is beneficial
* Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
