As an Order support you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the dealer network and market companies with order planning. You are in daily contact with people from different cultures and organizations. Good communication skills, an open and positive mindset and a strong customer focus is what makes you perfect for our team.
Key Responsibilities
Be the contact person between the sales organization and GTO for questions concerning the ordering and planning of new trucks.
Make sure that all orders are planned correctly before def run.
Follow the predefined KPI’s around order book stability and take actions for improvements
Cooperate with the order coordinator to secure a proactive restriction process.
Cooperate with the technical sales engineer in the handling of customer adaptation (CA) requests.
Support the dealer network concerning planning and product issues in order to reach a good customer satisfaction.
Give correct advice to the dealer network concerning the standard product offering so that the order can be specified correctly according to the wishes of the customer.
Send out information to the dealer network concerning delivery lead-times, so that the dealer can supply the customer with correct planning information.
Support the dealer network in the daily use of the order systems (OM, DSPT, OPT)
Continuously monitor the orderbook and take the necessary actions to obtain an optimal planning & specification according to the wishes of the customer.
Guarantee, together with your team, a continuous availability for the dealer network during the agreed working hours.
Through a continuous attention for the customer, obtain a good general result on the Customer Perception Survey (CPS), meaning above the agreed norm.
Take actions in order to continuously improve and maintain your required competences (product and market knowledge) and to apply this optimally in the own organization.
Contribute to a good cooperation with the market company in order to share information and have univocal communication towards the dealer network.
Take initiative to regularly exchange information with the sales areas and logistic managers to discuss ongoing issues and new initiatives.
Follow up the predefined SLM’s (service level measurement) and take actions for improvements
Actively contribute to the Order Business Plan
Skills and requirements
Higher education degree or comparable by experience
Active team working and positive mindset
Service minded, motivated and determined to reach agreed objectives
Good analytical skills
Ability to work independently, to take initiatives and to drive changes
Good communication skills, both written and spoken
Highly accurate in administrative work and comfortable with multitasking
Fluent in English and Swedish. Additional languages and more advanced cultural knowledge are both considered an asset.
Eager to continuously learn and grow within your job
Good understanding of both sales environment, manufacturing and logistics
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new system
