About Mentice Mentice is heading the broader introduction of surgical education based on modern simulation technology as a tool in the clinical learning process to improve education and increase patient safety. Completed upper secondary education Competencies needed: . Strong knowledge about export handling, including delivery terms, freight documentation and customs handling to countries within EU and outside . Experience from international customer contacts (business to business) and to build relations . Project Management . Strong administrative talent . Experience of working with continuous improvements of processes and routines. . Fluent in talking and writing business English and Swedish . Good knowledge of IT for office use . Enjoy a very changing company culture and environment Extra qualifying: . Very qualifying is knowledge of more languages (especially French, German and Spanish) . Experience from fast growing companies . Experience from pharmaceutical, medical or IT . Experience of sales and marketing . Longer trips or work internationally giving experience from other cultures Starting date: September-November 2007 Description of the position: This position will be our expertise in handling all export tasks and order administration. The role is very important for us as this person has daily contacts with our customers around the world to specify deliveries and plan for shipment. Handling the orders also involves a lot of internal coordination with other departments to plan for each delivery. This person will also be part of a small team that greets new visitors and answers the phone. The work includes: . Placing, coordinate, communicate and invoice all orders to customers . For each delivery to customer; plan logistics, prepare all freight documents and customs declarations . Intrastate statistics . Responsible for contacts with freight and delivery firms and goods in transit This position is replacing Gertrud who will retire this autumn.
