If you have some years´ of experience of customer support and service and are keen on a new challenge in a global and growing company - we might have the ideal opportunity for you! This is a initially a temporary position, planned until the end of the year. Start date will be as soon as agreed.
Working closely with our international customers, we develop, manufacture and install efficient and technologically advanced medium and high-voltage cables as well as cable accessories, playing a significant role in the green transformation.
Supporting customers and internal sales team
The Customer Commercial Service team consists of five people that together have the overall responsibility of supporting sales with the offer-to-cash process giving service and support to our customers within the Accessories business line in Alingsås. We are in an expanding phase and are now searching for service-minded individuals to jour our team.
As Customer Commercial Service you are the first point of contact to our customers, handling all customer inquiries - mainly via email and phone. You will calculate and create offers based on inquiries, independently from our product catalogue and with input from our sales and technical teams. Your daily work includes collaboration and communication not only with external clients but with multi-disciplinary functions internally.
Your primary tasks will be:
• Supporting internal sales team and our customers
• Be a key inter-company support function for other NKT sites and business lines; handle inter-company inquiries, offers and internal orders
• Handle interface tasks between customers and other functions in the company
• Various sales process related tasks such as for example handling of claims and following up overdues
• Take part in separate projects representing the Customer Commercial Service team if needed
• Check commercial & delivery terms
• Maintain pricelists
You will be a part of a highly skilled and tight team on our site in Alingsås working closely together in an open and straight-forward climate.
Service minded team player
To be successful in this role you have an open mindset, are good at prioritizing and have the ability to quickly get an overview of tasks to be handled and make your own priorities in line with the company strategy. You take great accountability for your work tasks and are structured, meticulous and thorough. Another key is of course to have a great sense of service mind and customer focus as well as being a reliable team player. Proficient communication and collaboration skills are other important parts to fit in this role.
In addition to the above you have some years’ experience from offer creation processes and customer support, preferably with export customers. You have a high understanding of the sales process cycle, are comfortable with commercial terms as well as with Incoterms and have knowledge around price structures, margins and profit & loss.
Additionally, your CV comprises:
• Experience from ERP system, SAP experience is beneficial
• Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
• German is very meritorious
