QUESTIONS AND SUPPORT? LET'S CONNECT!
We are screening applications continuously. The first step after screening will be to do an on-demand-video interview. We have recorded video questions and where you as a candidate respond in recording your answer. If you succeed in the on-demand-video interview – you will be invited for a digital (on MS Teams) assessment centre for four hours. During the assessment you will meet the hiring manager and parts of the team while working with a case and having an interview. Together with them you will explore Ingka and what it could be like working in the team. Are you our next partner in the team?
If you have any questions about the process, please contact the Recruiter Ami Ka-Ling Hui at ami.hui@ingka.ikea.com. Please do not delay and submit your application in English asap but no later than 25th April 2021.
