In this role we see that you have a minimum of 1-year Analytics/Information Management/Business Intelligence and for sure you have advanced analytics experience and have a proven record of driving organisational effectiveness using data driven analytics and insights. You have proven statistical analytical capability (preferably with control chart experience as a minimum) and demonstrable data, analytics and insights experience either in Retail/Store/Service Office/Global Projects.


You can articulate clearly extensive examples of how you have used data and facts to either improve processes in the business and/or organisational effectiveness in some way. You can work with multiple systems and can systemise and modernise our data collection and reporting capabilities. You are experienced in and want to work with data mining and data interrogation. You are an effective leader who can drive and influence by working through others, as this role does not have direct reports.


You have no limitation when it comes to communicating in English and can also communicate difficult data sets in an easy, accessible way for the many.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position you will be a proactive and driven change agent role model, an outstanding team player as well as individual contributor, and coach and mentor others in the direct team as well as others in the organisation to understand the Ingka way to work with Organisational Effectiveness with the IKEA culture and values as the foundation.


You will develop and deliver the reporting and analytics agenda for Organisational Effectiveness (OE) by initiating and performing systematic/manual and ad-hoc analysis with the business across the relevant dimensions of the operating model. You will proactively lead, identify, advise and prioritise potential business opportunities and improvements based on data and facts. As a member of the OE team, you will be a partner to all your teammates and secure that we deliver meaningful and measurable support to the business


How your life with us would be:


• Enable a data driven OE department by leading and steering on all OE related data collection, synthesis, analytics and reporting
• Provide statistical data analysis connected specifically with processes
• Propose, develop and continuously improve the OE reporting approach
• Prepare, plan and drive for automation of all OE related data collection
• Collaborate and partner across Ingka to secure access and contribution to relevant surveys etc.
• Collect, analyse and utilise relevant business intelligence
• Problem solving for data quality issues

The location for this role is flexible and require some travels (depending on the prioritised activities) within mostly Europe.


You will report to the Organisational Effectiveness Manager.
