About the role

Hästens is growing extensively due to a higher global demand and in line with its’ +100 % YoY growth strategy

To accommodate the significant upscaling of the Hästens organization, Hästens is establishing a level of excellence in the following areas

- Organisational efficiency and effectiveness, including how to organise functions and cross-functional plus -cultural collaboration

- Ways of working with people and leadership pipeline, including how we work with talent management, to accommodate upscaling according to growth strategy

- Performance management (strategy formulation and implementation, OKRs, steering and follow-up procedures)

In essence: Over the upcoming 3-5 years, Hästens is putting in all the efforts needed to drive enhancements in the three areas indicated. We need an Organisational Excellence Leader to drive these enhancements. For the person taking on this role this will be a great opportunity to become a co-driver in our growth journey including the opportunity to build and lead a dedicated team reporting to Hästens Executive Team

The responsibility for the Organisational Developer will be to drive changes in the Hästens organization to achieve the highest possible standards in the three areas stipulated above

Responsibilities

- Analysis of overall organisational efficiency and effectiveness - per function as well as across functions at Hästens; how to enhance Hästens in these areas in relation to what can be considered as best practice

- Analysis of efficiency and effectiveness regarding ways of working with talent management and people - plus leadership pipeline at Hästens; how to enhance Hästens in these areas

- Analysis of efficiency and effectiveness regarding ways of working with performance management, including incentivization, at Hästens; how to enhance Hästens in these areas

- Design roadmaps, initiatives and blueprints for driving enhancements and support the implementation of these

- Drive implementation of enhancements indicated above, across the Hästens organisation

- Manage implementation of enhancements (related to responsibility and tasks stipulated above) throughout the Hästens organisation, after approval of implementation plans and budgets from Hästens Executive Team

- The role reports in matrix dimensions. Formally to CFO / Finance and HR Lead and directly to CEO or Executive Team for projects and initiatives

Skills and requirement

- Business degree, preferably Master level and preferably with some type of specialization (can also be thesis) in organizational performance and/or people management

- 2-5 years in a top tier strategy consulting company

- Experience in a rapid growth environment

- Strong business understanding

- Strong leadership skills
