Description

The client is looking for an Organizational Coach to work with Learning Services. Learning Services is responsible for helping the clients customers solve the competence challenges along the path, as well as helping the client to work fast and more effectively with competence shift over time.

Work tasks:

- Validate/adjust the first iteration of organizational set-up (mix of functional, cross-functional, functional cross-site as well as self-organizing vs leaderled)
- Guide teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the team goals are being met
- Provide individual coaching as needed
- Help create/curate and lead traning and coaching program
- Evaluate and propose next steps in the transition


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Personal experience of running agile projects of varying size and complexity
- Experience as an organizational coach with focus on agile, scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) and self-organizing teams
- Experience on cross-functional team efforts involving all functions of an organization such as development, marketing, sales, delivery, etc
- Experience of implementation projects in companies encompassing different cultures and geographies
- Ability to link organizational efforts to business goals and adjust the set-up accordingly
- Strong leader, educator, and coach
- An excellent communicator and motivator
