You will also assist existing and new teams on their path to becoming high-performing and thriving. You will work closely with their Engineering Managers and Product Managers to accomplish this.
Our product development process is led by self-contained cross-functional teams. The day-to-day work is overseen by a Product Manager, who is in charge of the backlog and focuses on product initiatives.
There are also Engineering Managers within the organisation who manage and coach teams, drive personal and professional growth, and make our coworkers feel happy, appreciated, and listened to.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to improve our organisational structure and processes.
We use methods such as Product Discovery to ensure that we create products that our customers enjoy. We work with cutting-edge technology and believe in putting innovation at the heart of everything in order to create the best streaming product available.

To challenge structures, processes, and cultures that must change in order for us to succeed. You make recommendations and lead change in processes that should be adapted, changed, or discarded.
To see the big picture and think in terms of "systems." To focus on the right spot, you will need to be able to spot bottlenecks and see patterns in the organisation with your peers and other leaders. You will also need a structured approach as well as a lot of energy and drive to "energise" the change process and keep it moving forward relentlessly.
Individual and team coaching is used to facilitate learning, development, and continuous improvement.
Coach senior leadership in agile practises to ensure top-down adoption of best practises and data-driven decision making.
As the organization's agile process evolves, identify and mitigate issues.
Communicate with and influence behaviours at multiple levels and functions.
Using data to assess the impact of changes.
