We’re now looking for an Organizational Development Manager to join our team and help build our coaching organization. Are you our next colleague?

You will join a team of well-versed, forward-thinking, and humorous leaders, and together you will create the best place to work in the Nordic tech market!
In the role of Organizational Development Manager, you will form and manage a small team of coaches as well as partner with executives and Product leaders. Together you will collect signals from the organization, make sense of them, and drive meaningful change.
Our product development process is driven by autonomous cross-functional teams. The day-to-day work is led by a Product Manager who owns the backlog and focuses on the product initiatives. Within the organization, there are also Engineering Managers who manage and coach the teams, drive personal and professional growth and make our co-workers feel happy, appreciated, and listened to. In this role, you will work closely with both Product Managers and Engineering managers to drive improvements in our organizational structure and processes
We use methods like Product Discovery to make sure we create products that our customer loves. We work with cutting-edge technology and believe in putting innovation in the heart of things to create the best possible streaming product out there. We are investing a lot in our culture and our ambition is to create and maintain an environment where everyone can relax, be themselves, grow, and be challenged. Join us today and help us transform the world of entertainment!
The journey ahead
With expansion in mind, we are growing our organization hiring both locally and globally. Our organization went through a change in our way of working; from technical platform teams to autonomous cross-functional product teams. This has provided us with some challenges, but also lots of learnings and opportunities. We are continuously improving our way of working and therefore we are looking for a person who will take part in evaluating the success of our changes, propose next steps and drive necessary improvements. Some of your future challenges in this role will be:
- To drive the culture of continuous improvement and the processes that support it
- To coach senior leaders to help them identify and prioritize the “right” things
- To help us make more conscious organizational related decisions
- To challenge structures, processes, and cultures that need to change for us to be successful. You make recommendations and lead change regarding processes to adapt, change or discard.
- To see the whole and have a "systems-thinking" mindset. Together with your peers and other leaders, you will need to be able to spot bottlenecks and see patterns in the organization to focus on the right spot. You will also need to have a structured approach and a big amount of energy and drive to be able to "energize" the change process and keep it moving forward, relentlessly.
- To facilitate learning, development, and continuous improvement through individual and team coaching.
- To coach senior leadership in agile practices to ensure the adoption of best practices and data-driven decision-making from the top down.
- Identify and mitigate issues as the organization’s agile process evolves.
- To communicate and influence behaviors across multiple levels and functions.
- To use data to measure the impact of changes
What we are looking for
To be our new Organizational Development Manager, we believe that you are an experienced change enthusiast in the technology industry. You thrive in understanding complex systems, designing and leading continuous improvement initiatives, and following them up. You are comfortable in challenging existing mindsets and helping others by asking powerful questions and giving constructive feedback no matter what their title is.
If you also, just like us, like to have fun at work and share energy - we might have a match!
Successful candidates also meet the following requirements:

- Passionate about coaching individuals
- An evangelist of Systems Thinking
- Experience in software development domain
