We are looking for an OSH Manager Sweden & Nordics to play an important role in developing OSH within Sweden and the Nordics aligned with TK Elevator globally.

Duties and Job responsibilities
Taking on the position of OSH Manager Sweden & Nordics your main responsibilities are to develop, plan and execute occupational safety and health strategies, processes and governance across the Nordic region. The role includes developing, maintaining and applying standards locally and across the region. 

Your main responsibilities include:

Lead and develop the OSH function within Sweden and the Nordics. 
Ensure compliance with local regulations and TKE OSH in general.
Be a visible leader visiting work sites.


TKE is a KPI driven organization and as OSH Manager Sweden & Nordics you are expected to continuously measure relevant KPIs and follow up on the outcome of your initiatives. 

As the OSH Manager Sweden & Nordics you are a member of the Swedish management team and report directly to the CEO and functionally to Head of OSH Market Cluster Greater Europe. You will collaborate with in the Nordics, market cluster Greater Europe and internationally within the entire TKE organization. 

The OSH Manager Denmark and OSH Manager Norway report in a dotted line to the position of OSH Manager Sweden & Nordics. The TKE Nordics organization consists of several of legal entities in Sweden, a couple of legal entities in Norway and one legal entity in Denmark.

About you
You have the necessary certificates/licenses/diplomas and 10+ years of relevant experience as well as experience from a similar role with full OSH scope responsibility. You have experience from large international organizations and good written and spoken knowledge of Swedish and English.

It is beneficial if you also have:

An academic degree within environment/health/safety
Experience from the elevator market or similar markets.
Change management experience.
Experience from leading a team.
