In the role of Business Development Director, you become part of our global sales organization and report to the CEO.
It involves independently processing customers and developing the market mainly in Europe and North America.
It is a global position, and you will have a central role in an innovative and modern company. The role is based in Stockholm, you may also choose to work in Hong Kong. If you are driven by owning the process and being involved and making a real impact, this is just the right challenge for you!

Our services include consumer-driven design, product development, scalable mass production with retail packaging capabilities, and supply chain management solutions.
We are an ODM which manufactures products for our customers (OEMs) ranging from trendy retail-ready engineered soft goods to consumer and industrial electronics products for global brands. We operate globally and have our business centers in major cities around the world including Dallas, Dongguan, Huizhou, Hong Kong, Delhi, India and Stockholm.

OSM Group has been creating brand excitement since 2004 with millions of successful, high-quality products delivered to the market. In our factories, we tailor-made and manufacture complex, trend-developed soft goods, consumer electronics and industrial products for global brands.


Job description & offer
You will identify and develop prospects, new customers, and already existing partners. You will meet all types of decision-makers in a number of different industries. You are responsible for the entire sales process with everything from prospecting, book and conduct meetings to create offers and winning contracts. OSM Group strives to develop strong long-term relationships with our customers and partners, who are mainly located in Europe and North America.

Personal profile
To be successful in this role, we believe you have a great self-drive, you are motivated team player who make things happen. Great business intelligence, the ability to identify future trends, business areas and customer needs is natural for you.

We believe you have a background in international sales with documented great results. Since you will work closely with developers and engineers to meet our customers different needs, you have an interest in technology.

We also see that you have other characteristics such as:

• A clear business focus is trustworthy and have the ability to create good and long-term business relationships with your customers.
• Curious, ambitious, humble, and unpretentious.
• Accurate, structured and plan your days in a smart and time-efficient way.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• B driving licence
