Valueone is looking for an Outbound Coordinator for a two year assignment at a company in the north of Stockholm. The assignment must be filled as soon as possible.
The role
The assignment as Outbound Coordinator means that you will manage and organize the physical outbound distribution within Sweden and the Nordics, in order to deliver goods according to contractual agreements.
Main tasks:
Organize the physical outbound operations out of Sweden warehouses.
Be the main contact for customer order administration, supply chain department and LSPs
Conduct Order Management including delivery planning.
Create and provide proper KPI reports to customer and Management.
Communicate with the origin warehouses and slot bookings.
Coordinate transport bookings with LSPs.
Optimize Transport efficiency and cost.
Update and work in the company´s in-house TMS System (Cello Prime).
Monitor On Time Delivery Rates and provide analysis on any failures.
Experience and competencies
The person we are looking for must have 1-2 years relevant working experience in logistics and knowledge from working with TMS tools and managing KPI reports. The role furthermore requires good communication skills both verbal and written in Swedish and English as well as proficiency in MS Office.
