Outbound Coordinator to Samsung SDS

Our customer Samsung SDS Smart Logistics is currently looking for an Outbound Coordinator to join their team in the Kista office. This is a consultancy opportunity, a contract starting ASAP with no decided end date.

About the role:

Manage and organize the physical outbound distribution within Sweden and Northern Europe, in order to deliver goods according to contractual agreements. The position is located in Kista.

Key Activities: 

• Organize the physical outbound operations out of Sweden warehouses.
• Main contact for customer and LSPs
• Order Management including delivery planning
• Create and provide proper KPI reports to customer and Management
• Communication with the origin warehouses and slot bookings
• Coordinate LSPs
• Optimize Transport efficiency and cost
• Update and work in TMS System
• Monitor On Time Delivery Rates

Your profile:

• Bachelor Degree (preferable)
• Relevant work experience with 1-2 years working experience in logistics;
• Good knowledge of the common MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Professional communication skills in English.
• Communication skills in Korean preferred. 
• Experience in working with TMS tools and managing KPI reports
