To strengthen our team, we’re now looking for an Outbound Planner EMEA to join us – a great opportunity to work with passionate colleagues in a truly global environment. The department of Aftermarket Planning and Logistics in Svedala is globally accountable for managing the supply chain planning and order execution for aftermarket parts for stationary crushers. We work in close cooperation with our customers and factories to ensure efficiency and we’re constantly developing our processes and methods as an important component of our business. Your mission
As our new Outbound Planner EMEA, you’re our person when it comes to managing all order-related activities within your dedicated area by coordinating delivery, logistics, technical and commercial verifications, confirmations, and associated communication for the aftermarket. You match our customers’ needs with globally available resources and ensure the delivery of goods. Being part of a true dedicated team of eight people, you collaborate with our production units and warehouses, ensuring the best possible solutions to provide excellent customer service. Additionally, you build and maintain close cooperation with our external partners and other critical stakeholders in our organization. On top of executing operational tasks, we expect you to provide input to improve our order management and participate in overall development activities.
Your home office is in Svedala – a fast and easy commute from surrounding cities and with our site located just across from the train station.
Your character
We are looking for someone with a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or experience from a similar position. Coming from an Order Desk or another position within Supply Chain would be a good fit. It’s fundamental that you have a good understanding of the whole Supply Chain and that you are skilled working in ERP and Office 365 applications. And as we act in a global setting, you communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
