Outreach & Co-Marketing Manager - PayPal Scandinavia

Our client PayPal is growing by the minute and on their behalf Kelly Services is now looking for an Outreach & Co-Marketing Manager to join PayPal’s rapidly growing entrepreneurial team in Stockholm.

Primary Job Responsibility

The Outreach & Co-Marketing Manager will join the Scandinavian team reporting to the Market Leader to define and implement locally all marketing activities in relationship with Large Merchants, Channel Partners and Financial Institutions. He or She will work closely with the PayPal CEMEA marketing team based in Paris.

The role includes various tasks such as:

Act as the agent of liaison for all related marketing insights and execution
Ensure seamless roll out of marketing campaigns in Scandinavia
Local relay for PR, Display, Agencies, Events etc.
Work with sales teams to identify opportunities with merchants and source deals for PayPal consumers.
Facilitate execution of co-marketing demand generation campaigns on PayPal consumers base e.g. onsite marketing, newsletters, social medias
Support on country specific product marketing initiatives
Partner with top merchants to implement promotional activities on their assets and consumers base e.g. purchase flow marketing, discounts
Support country specific initiatives around launch of new products or partnerships
Local relay for implementation of the B2B partner co-marketing campaigns and events
Support the country team with visibility of the brand with local opportunities
Provide marketing support on innovative projects in markets, ensure the visibility of the brand and correct messaging
Job Requirements

Passionate about the Internet and e-commerce.
Understands PayPal’s value proposition, ideally a PayPal frequent user.
True customer advocate and marketing zealot.
Ability to work with virtual teams lead cross-functionally.
Open-minded and passionate for multicultural environment.
Hands-on, flexibility and can-do attitude is a must, in a start-up spirit team
Good sense of humor and strong team spirit.
Travel up to 10%.
Qualifications

Master degree or equivalent.
2-5 years experience in marketing or business development in financial services, telecommunications, or consumer goods.
Excellent track record of working with internal and external partners.
Experience with working in international and multicultural teams
Fluency in English and Swedish. Norwegian and Danish is a benefit. ?
Initially this position will be on a contract through Kelly Services, but for the right person this can turn in to a permanent employment with PayPal.
