UPS Nordic OSPSG department is looking for a high-performing and motivated candidate for the position as OSPSG specialist responsible for Norway. The team today consists of three driven, productive and goal oriented specialists that control and supervise OSP company relations, compliance, cost and service.

The OSPSG specialist is primarily responsible for compliance, contract negotiations and other administrative tasks within the areas of service and cost reporting. He/she will run independent projects but also works closely with the team on daily, weekly and monthly tasks.

Job duties include:

• Contract negotiations and tender processes
• Internal audits
• Monthly close of OSP cost
• Cost and service reporting
• Business planning for OSP activities
• Project coordinator for service or cost improvement projects
• Run other ad hoc tasks related to OSP activities
• External and internal presentations

We are looking for you that want to enter a global organization with a willingness to learn and develop within the company. You have strong analytical and numerical skills and you enjoy working with people and data. You have a structured approach with a goal/results orientation and a problem solving attitude. Strong sense of responsibility, prioritization and flexibility is required to independently run projects. Good negotiation skills and an ability to build long lasting business partnerships are also important skills to succeed in this position.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in spoken and written English and either Norwegian or Swedish
• Strong knowledge in MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Being able to travel mainly within the Nordic countries approx. 1 per month

Additional advantageous qualifications:

• Previous work experience in within Finance or Operations
• Previous experience from negotiations
• Experience in data analysis and with data processing
