Outsourcing Coordinator

Sharkmob is setting out on an epic journey. Our studios are working on three new titles, the first being a Battle Royale twist on Vampire: The Masquerade. The two others will be based on our own proprietary IP, built from the ground up with a focus on online multiplayer.

Now we are looking for an experienced coordinator to help us manage the external production for our projects. Outsourcing is an integral part of the Sharkmob production pipeline and you will be responsible for stakeholder management, planning, coordinating with service providers and keeping track of external orders. We do not think you need previous games industry experience for this role, but you need to be a seasoned coordinator with documented experience from similar work.

Your drive and coordination skills are essential for this position. We are looking for a highly-organized individual who loves to plan, resolve tasks and manage different contacts. It is essential that you can perform under pressure and you love to work together with others towards a common goal. You take pride in resolving tasks and you rarely, if ever, let things slip or go by unnoticed. This role includes coordination between our development teams and different outsourcing partners as well as managing partner relations; vetting new ones and maintaining a healthy relationship with the existing ones.

This puts a high demand on the quality of assets and timing of deliveries - which is where you come in!

Your skills and experience:
- At least two years working with qualified coordination and task management.
- Experience of managing relationships with external partners.


You as a person:
- Like to play games and / or enjoy other popular culture (music, movies, series etc).
- Easy going, social and honest.
- Comfortable and experienced in giving clear and easy to understand feedback.
- A highly organized and structured planner.


Bonus:
- Experience of outsourcing workflows.
- Knowledge of Jira and Perforce.
