Owner Digital Workplace to Munters

ABOUT THE POSITION
As a system owner for the digital workplace, you will have the responsibility to manage the desktop client and applications distribution platform. This means to set the standard for what people use every day when they login to their computers and make sure they can be productive and have an updated workplace. You will be working closely with other members of the IT team to keep them informed on updates and changes to the workplace. The position is based in Kista, Sweden. Munters do not offer re-location for this position.

Key responsibilities

- Owning the desktop client and application distribution platform
- Manage images for the desktop, keeping it up to date
- Packaging and distribution of applications
- Maintaining the infrastructure for the distribution network
- Help and support your team colleagues when needed
- 2nd and 3d line support


WHO ARE YOU?
For this position we look for a person with expertise from working in a Microsoft software-based environment and have experience from infrastructure and applications in an international environment. We see that you are service-oriented, enthusiastic and have a positive and open mind. You are also self-confident in your area and work well on your own but are also a good teamplayer that can collaborate well with your colleagues. It is important that you can collaborate with our IT colleagues in America, Europe and Asia as well as communicating with external vendors and suppliers.

Required technical experience and qualifications

- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager/System Center Configuration Manager
- Windows Server and Client operating systems, Hardware and Software
- Windows Desktop Client
- Application deployment and management
- Networks, WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi
- End user IT-support, Case mgmt, ITIL, Remote support
- Language requirements: Fluent in Swedish and English

- Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD and Hybrid deployments
- Identity management, Federation services, ADFS, Single Sign-On, SAML
- Cloud technologies, Office 365, Azure, AWS, OCI
