P2 Heat Transfer Engineer

Ort Sölvesborg Beskrivning av tjänsten Titanx Engine Cooling AB manufactures cooling systems for heavy vehicles and diesel driven generators.Manufacturing takes place in Mjällby, Linköping and Jamestown, NY, USA.The company's head office is in Mjällby.We have a total of 940 employees, with 400 in Mjällby.Turnover is SEK 2 billion and growing.The customers are leading manufacturers of heavy vehicles, buses and diesel driven generators in Europe and the USA.Organization: The Heat Transfer Engineer reports to the Heat Transfer Manager for analysis, simulations and predictions linked to the heat transfer area. Responsibilities: The work is performed according to TitanX 5 strategies, TitanX 1000/5000, the Constant Innovation Charter, the Quality policy, QS9000 and in agreement with procedures and instructions existing which apply.- To be specialist in heat transfer component tests analyze of the products of Mjällby (including the development of tools and method).- To be specialist in heat transfer prediction for components and cooling system (including the development of tools and method).- Ensure that information regarding tests is given only to people and organizations approved by the customer.- To suggest technical solutions for P1 and P2 advance development applications.- To lead the continuous improvement of simulation tools.- To participate in technical discussion between TitanX and customers.- Document / register correctly all the work performed and make it available for the project team, the N+1 manager as well.- Participate in reaching the objectives for the R&D departments.- Participate in continuously improving department procedures. - Support the activities of the -30% plan in the division.- Respect the TitanX code of ethics Din bakgrund Demand: 5 years engineering education at university or engineering school.Can fluently communicate in Swedish and English, both in written and in speech.French is a plus.The location is at the Head office in Mjällby.You will be a part of a dynamic team and work in an international environment.We offer attractive conditions with good possibilities to grow.Ref.Heat Engineer P2
