Package Engineer

In our diverse and young team that works with primary and secondary package we are responsible for developing and industrialising Carton Bottle packages, including distribution solutions.Moreover we are technical specification owner of Carton Bottle packaging (primary and secondary packaging) throughout the Product Life Cycle.We also drive the overall performance for secondary and primary packaging material.

Key tasks & responsibilities for the position are:

- Lead package development activities and/or be package performance responsible in larger projects
- Perform package evaluation in package & packaging material projects and extensions - optimising the primary & secondary package solutions
- Adapting test methods & procedures for Carton Bottle needs
- Participate in Tetra Pak network including other platforms and capital equipment for primary package area
- Support our market companies and customer with package performance knowledge and package evaluations including training on site


Kvalifikationer

We would like to see an individual who is proactive and goal oriented.You have strong social/ pedagogical skills and show the ability to work in a flexible way.Strong networking skills is vital to establish contacts both externally and internally in different projects.

Preferably you have a combination of a BSc in engineering or similar and at least some years experience from package, packaging material, specifications or test/simulation.This has given you a good understanding about package demands both in a technical and a commercial perspective.It is a strong advantage if you have previous experience from working with package evaluation and/or statistic analysis.If you have knowledge from food or filling product properties it will also be seen as an advantage.You will be working in an international environment therefore you must be proficient in English, both verbal and written.
