We are looking for a Senior Packaging Developer to join our dynamic team
What You Will Work On:
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure packaging solutions meet strategic objectives.
Partner with R&D, Design, and Procurement teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
Develop cost-effective and sustainable packaging products that align with company standards.
Apply a pragmatic approach to design ideas, ensuring feasibility for large-scale production.
Focus on creating retail and online packaging, gift packaging, and reusable bags that enhance customer experience.

What You Bring:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field related to Packaging.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in consumer packaging development.
Proven experience in driving development with global suppliers.
Expertise in consumer packaging, including paper bags, gift packaging, and fabric tote bags.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Technical knowledge of production techniques and materials to ensure practical and innovative packaging solutions.
