Packaging Machine operator

As a packaging machine operator you are responsible for ensuring Poppels products are packed correctly and made ready for distribution. You work in the Poppels packaging team to pack products in cans, bottles or kegs. The position include setup and preparation of machines and equipment, cleaning and maintaining our equipment as well as supporting in inventory processes.
Main responsibilities include:
Perform Canning, bottling and kegging of our beers
Prepare equipment and packaging materials for packaging runs
Perform daily and periodical cleaning activities
Perform periodical maintenance task
Maintain a safe work environment
Continuous improvement of packaging processes and equipment
Perform inventory counts of finished products, raw materials and packaging materials
Support in logistics related activities including goods-receipt and goods issues together with other members of the department

Job requirements:
Gymnasium degree or equivalent
Experience from working in a warehousing environment
Forklift experience
Drivers license (B-körkort)
Experience from working in a brewery and or food industry is a merit
Good attention to detail
A strong work ethic and hands-on approach
Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical ability
A passion for beer making and dedication to excellence
