Your responsibilities: This position has two major roles: . To provide on-site support for installations, upgrades, and break-fix activities.. To provide Second line helpdesk support to both other Sectra engineers and end users.The support is typically provided over the telephone and/or remote access to the site. Your profile: .You have a Master of Science degree or equivalent but are quite fresh out of the university .You have knowledge of WINDOWS and/or UNIX Operating systems..You demonstrate a passion and commitment toward exceeding our customer's expectations..
