This is a full-time position based in our Global Headquarters office in Stockholm.
This role is in the Communication Strategy team and you will report to the Paid Media & Comm Planning Mgr Europe. The team sit in the Attraction team in the Consumer engagement department in the Central Marketing department for Business Area Europe. The Paid Media Specialist will work closely with the Communication strategy and paid media team to ensure we are following up and analysing our brand building (Key Initiative) investments and share the learnings with the central marketing team and our local marketing teams in Europe.
Key Operational Responsibilities:
• Support Clusters with AIDA campaign follow-up measurement (plan timings, support agency with getting plans and assets)
• Improve accuracy and usage of our different tools (Datorama, Lumina etc) in collaboration with the rest of the paid media team to secure we have high trust in the data presented in the tools.
• Compile and analyse Key Initiative campaigns across our core European markets or in deep dive into different Cluster investments. (using Datorama, Lumina, AIDA follow up and other data if available)
• Look beyond Paid media where possible to put the full analysis into context of owned, earned and business results.
• We have different sources of information that needs to be consolidated, “connected” and analysed to then be able to draw relevant conclusions.
• Support with Ad hoc analysis and overviews
• You will be working in a cross functional environment to gather data, analyse and share the learnings. You will have a lot of interaction with our local Clusters, internal marketing and external agencies.
• You have strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. You can analyse different types of data, understand cause/effect and present the result so that other can understand it.
• You are familiar or eager to learnt about in the ever-changing communication and paid media landscape
• You have strong self-leadership and can work as well on your own as in a group
Fluent English required for the role. Bonus if you are fluent in Nordic Languages, French, German and/or Italian
We have several different sources where our data lives, so any experience in working in dashboards (like Datorama, a salesforce tool) or MediaTools (like Lumina) will help you get up to speed.

We are investing a significant budget into paid media across Europe. The paid media landscape is in constant change, so we must closely monitor, analyse and share the learnings to make sure our investments are efficient.

Education and Experience:
The position requires:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ statistics/ computer science/ economics/ related field
• Stakeholder management, especially in multicultural teams.
• Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities while working effectively in a team environment
• Great problem-solving skills
• Excellence in MS-Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken Bonus if you are fluent in Nordic Languages, French, German and/or Italian
• Basic knowledge in Google Analytics
• Experience with dashboards (like Datorama, a salesforce tool) or MediaTools (like Lumina) will help you get up to speed.
