Big or small, innovations are the heartbeat of our company. We’re now excited to welcome a Paid Media Specialist, to join our successful, Demand Generation Marketing team.
Your mission
As Paid Media Specialist for our global team, you play a key role in our continuous digital marketing journey. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and operational level. You’re an integral part of the development of an effective digital strategy, as well as effective media buying. Ensuring that paid media strategies are aligned with overarching marketing goals is important to you, and it’s something you take ownership of. Your strategies involve optimizing paid search and social advertising strategies where you manage, analyze, and report on marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Display etc. Included in this, you define, measure, evaluate and document relevant paid media KPIs and ROI. Your goal is to deliver performance that contributes significantly to the company’s marketing/sales pipeline and revenue growth of both new leads and existing customers.
Operationally, you work hands-on with activating, managing and tweaking campaigns daily. You also coordinate collaboration projects with agencies’, to specify requirements, ensure deliveries and prioritizations. Another important part of the role is to proactively learn about media behaviors, technology, news and strategies and present discoveries with the other team members. You will be responsible for updating and training colleagues in paid media, so being communicative and willing to share knowledge, and influence others is key in this role.
Your profile
We’re looking for you with a bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent and at least three years of relevant paid media work experience within a large B2B company or on the agency side. You feel confident in campaign management, media planning and buying and it's a plus if you have knowledge of country specific platforms such as Xing, Yandex and Baidu. You’re fluent in English as you’re having many global projects and contacts included in the job.
