About the role
We are looking for a Paid Performance Specialist who will be responsible for both developing the strategic approach to various marketplace channels and executing it operationally across platforms and tools on a global scale. In this role, you will be part of TePe HQ and work in a highly data-driven environment, taking the lead on initiatives to optimize and drive sales. This key position will be instrumental in shaping our paid advertising strategies on Amazon, D2C platforms, and major global marketplaces, while ensuring the successful execution that fuels e-commerce growth and long-term success.

Main responsibilities
Lead, develop and optimize Amazon ad campaigns, driving sales and brand growth according to our strategy
Support marketplace expansion by setting up scalable ad structures in new markets like eBay, Cdiscount, Bol.com etc
Develop and implement paid media strategies to drive traffic and conversions on our D2C platform
Build a long-term paid advertisement framework that aligns global objectives with local market needs, ensuring sustainable growth across all regions

Qualifications and requirements

To succeed in this role, you have extensive hands on- and strategic experience in paid media performance within e-commerce, with a proven ability to drive measurable results. You excel at combining strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring campaigns are both data-driven and effectively implemented. Experience with marketplaces — and especially Amazon — is highly advantageous for this role. You have a strong analytical mindset, enabling you to turn insights into opportunities and continuously optimize for growth and ROI.

Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns, with a solid track record of optimizing ad sales and ROI
Experience with paid marketing on marketplaces, particularly Amazon, is highly meritorious
Expertise in e-commerce paid media strategy across marketplaces and D2C platforms
The ability to balance global goals with local execution, navigating the nuances of market-specific needs, languages, and consumer behavior
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop frameworks that will continue to deliver results well beyond the project’s end. 

Placement

This is a full-time permanent position based at TePe Head Office in Malmö with a flexibility/hybrid model, starting as soon as possible.
