Let us describe the challenge we offer
We are expanding and are therefore looking for a new Polestar who'll help the existing SEM team in building a world class SEA presence.
This position will be a part of our growing Media, Digital & Marketing Analytics Team where you, together with the other dedicated channel owners, will build and expand the Polestars digital presence globally.
The position is located at our HQ in Gothenburg Sweden. As long as you can come and join us at the office three days per week, you can be located all over Sweden.
What you'll do
In this role you’ll be accountable for setting the strategy and plan for paid search with each market to maximize quality paid traffic (mainly Google) to the digital interfaces.
It will be your focus to continuously be analyzing the paid search performance to optimize media budgets, and that’ you are confident in setting the requirements and expectations of external media agencies managing the activation of paid search in the google platform. Since you have passion for the area, you will continuously test and evaluate new features and channels with performance in mind.
Who you are
To succeed in this role we believe that you, besides a profound competence within SEA and data driven ways of working, have a broad skillset in digital traffic acquisition and analytics. It is a requirement to have at least three years experience working with Google Ads.
Further on, we believe you have experience from activation and optimization of buying media for digital channels, and from driving and setting requirements on media agencies. Further on, we believe it would be preferable for you to have in-house experience leading and execute the SEM affair over multi language markets.
