At Atos Medical we have a strong purpose, as we want to better serve and help people who have been laryngectomized and now live with a neck stoma. To succeed with this purpose, we have an ambitious initiative to expand our digital initiatives by reaching out to the market with paid search and continually engage our customers through our web and landing pages. The Paid Search & Web Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving these initiatives from a global and local perspective.

Develop our lead generation and customer engagement through paid search and platform development
You will be part of the digital team and assume the responsibility to:
Paid Search
• Plan, develop and optimize wide-ranging paid search campaigns (PPC) on a global and local perspectives.
• Manage and execute the day-to-day operations with search engines and assure the quality control of campaigns based on defined goals.
• Analyze paid search campaign performances and evaluate and interpret performance-related KPIs. Provide thought leadership on paid search best practices.
• Drive keyword analysis and conduct competitive research.
Platform Web management and development:
• Website set-up and maintenance globally for local adaption.
• Web content management.
• Write compelling ad copy and develop landing pages, conduct A/B tests to optimize landing page conversion rates.
• Liaise with our external website agency.
• Connecting and continuously develop our digital platforms – from web to MyLife APP to other digital offerings.
• Serve as web management and development subject matter expert.
Your competencies:
• You have a strong interest in web technology/digital trends and is able to interpret how different channels are connected.
• You have good verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills.
• You have the ability to present data in an easy to understand manner.
• You have the ability to learn new applications quickly.
• You have proven project management skills.
• You have strong administrative and organizational skills, superior accuracy and attention to detail.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Your experience:
• 3+ years of business experience within search marketing and digital marketing.
• Degree in Business Management or Digital Marketing or Digital Communications.
• Advanced experience of paid search with Google Ads (Re-Marketing, Display, Search) and Bing Ads. Google Ads certification is a plus.
• Experience with Google tools – analytics, tag manager, search console.
• Advanced experience with content management system, preferably WordPress.
• Experience managing campaign execution across multiple channels.
• Experience within Health Care is a clear advantage.

You are at the same time business-oriented with strong analytical skills and structured with a good overview and sense for details.
The job is located at our HQ in Malmö. Salary and benefits will be according to skills and experience.
