IFL Watches is a fast-growing eCommerce, who challenges the boring and brings the new and unusual into the watch and design industry.
We currently serve over 110 countries with limited edition pieces and designs. Through social media we have grown a platform from where we share daily inspiration, engaging in the global watch community. We at IFLW have our own in-house content production team and create content not only for ourselves but also for international clients and influencers within the industry.

About the role
IFL Watches are now looking for a Paid Social Expert, who will become part of our marketing team. Your focus will be to work in an analytic manner to drive growth and sales through smart paid social efforts. This role will allow you to unleash your creativity and test new marketing methods to help reach our internal goals.
You will work closely with the team that curates our content and the marketing team. Your responsibilities will include the growth of our different ad accounts, mainly Facebook, Instagram, and Google. You will work both on big campaigns and our day-to-day marketing efforts. Your work will be an extension of our voice and tonality across different platforms.


You'll be working at our HQ in Stockholm, together with a whole bunch of talented and hard-working colleagues from all over the world!
If you’re the one to join, your tasks will be:

· Set up ads inside META Ads Manager
· Set up ads inside Google’s wide product portfolio.
· Day-to-Day optimization of our advertising efforts.
· Be part of the On-page optimization team.
· Be part of our Launch Campaigns.
· Communicate, and engage with a ‘Move Forward’-Attitude.
· Work towards a set of goals to reach company’s KPIs.

Who you are:
This is a role where you need the strategic eye as well as the “get-it-done” attitude. We want you to have experience from the field and an analytical approach to your day-to-day work.
To succeed in this role, we think that you:
· Have a degree in Marketing or similar, and/or at least 2 years of experience working as a Paid Social Specialist or similar.
· A great analytical approach to everything you do.
· A great eye for what type of content performs on each platform.
· Write and Speak English Fluently.


And it’s a plus if you have:
· Previous experience as a Marketer for another fashion, eCommerce or retail brand
· Interested in the watch industry
· Experience with Google analytics and its diverse tools.
· Reference from prior work
