Let us describe the challenge we offer
Our Media, Digital Marketing, & Analytics (DIGMA) team are taking a long-term scope supporting our own global markets. We are therefore now looking for another Paid Social Media Expert to be a part of building a world class SoMe presence.
As a Paid social expert at Polestar you will provide paid social media recommendations for local initiatives, execute and optimize global activations to reach set campaign goals, KPI’s and target audiences.
The position is located at our HQ in Gothenburg Sweden. We understand that work-life balance isn’t easy, and of course, welcome our employees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed. We believe in empowerment.
What you’ll do
The main responsibilities in this role will be to develop and execute Paid Social campaigns on global social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin. You will provide paid social media recommendations for local initiatives at our local markets globally.
Further on you will focus on:
- Agency and platform relationship management
- Execute and optimize paid social media campaigns.
- Analyze and report results to other team members, managers and stakeholders.
- Evaluate and monitor KPIs and provide suggestions to reach target goals
- Provide suggestions for improving content, campaign performance and other social activations based on data.
- Collaborate with other team members to further make paid efforts more efficient.
Who you are
We are looking for you with passion for digital marketing, who’s keeping up with the latest social and paid media trends. We believe the ultimate match have a few years of experience from a media agency or in-house team, with hands on experience working with the main social media platforms (mainly Facebook & Instagram). You know you have a meticulous approach; you are structured, and have attention to details.
To sum’ it up, we believe you have:
- At least three years’ experience in paid social media planning and buying.
- A degree in digital marketing, social media, marketing communication or equivalent education.
- Proficient user of Facebook Business and ads manager.
- Strong understanding of the Social media landscape - Facebook/Instagram, Linkedin, twitter, Pinterest, TikTok and Snapchat.
- Experience from working with e-commerce and/or auto vertical desirable, but not required.
